Craig Blair, president and driving force of Art Golf Classics Inc. is a lover of all things golf. He has been a fan of the game, a golfer, and a collector of golf antiques, books and memorabilia for over 30 years.
His interest in the game and all it's facets has given him many years of pleasure and a certain expertise, and an extensive pool of knowledge to draw upon.
He is a member of The Golf Collectors Society, an international organization dedicated to preserving the treasures and traditions of the game of golf.
He has a wonderful collection of books by some of the world's best golf historians and authors and has probably read them each several times!
Craig attends their Annual General Meeting and Trade Show as well as other prominent golf shows each year. He enjoys playing in many Hickory Tournament events with his daughter Adrienne.
Pictured here with his Arnold Palmer "collection" you can see his enthusiasm. It is this passion that lead him to pursue an idea that was close to his heart.
In collaboration with well know sports artist Bill Purdom the idea for a painting was conceived. Bill's truly amazing work can be found in the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, in private and public collections, museums, professional team offices and US embassies around the world as well as on hundreds of Topps trading cards.
